You're not broken. You've just been carrying too much.

Always the caretaker

You put everyone else's needs first and wonder when it will be your turn. Saying no feels impossible, and guilt follows when you try. You may feel like a burden, wrestle with perfectionism, or struggle with imposter syndrome.

Toxic family patterns

You may be the family scapegoat — always misunderstood or excluded. You've gone low- or no-contact to protect yourself, or you're still navigating emotionally immature or narcissistic family members.

Stuck in the same cycles

No matter how hard you try, you end up in the same painful place. You want things to change — and you want to break these patterns before passing them on to your children.

Betrayal and broken trust

Infidelity, gaslighting, abuse, or dishonesty from a partner or family member. That kind of hurt shakes your sense of safety, self-worth, and ability to trust — yourself and others.

Anxiety, grief, or depression

Persistent grief, panic attacks, emotional numbness, or constant self-doubt. You feel fundamentally alone, even around people who love you. Exhausted, anxious, stuck, or burnt out.

Trauma & C-PTSD

Childhood emotional neglect, PTSD, or complex trauma that's still showing up today. You've survived so much — and with the right support, you can move from surviving to truly living.

Hi, I'm Tiffany. I get it — and I'm here to help.

I know it can be hard to reach out, especially if you've had therapy before and felt dismissed or misunderstood. I take your trust seriously, and I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly seen.

I hold a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Texas Tech University and have spent years specializing in interpersonal trauma, betrayal, childhood emotional neglect, and toxic family systems. My own healing journey through therapy has profoundly shaped how I show up for my clients.

Many of my clients grew up in families where their needs were dismissed or minimized. As adults, they carry that weight into every relationship — feeling unseen, anxious, or disconnected even when they desperately want closeness. You are enough, exactly as you are. Together we'll work toward healing, resilience, and a life that feels like yours.

How we'll work together

Those survival strategies — numbing, shutting down, shrinking to keep the peace — kept you safe once. You won't be judged for them here. We'll use a blend of proven, trauma-informed approaches, tailored to where you are right now, not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

EMDR Therapy

Reprocess painful memories stored in the body and mind, reducing their emotional charge so they no longer hijack your present.

Internal Family Systems

Heal the wounded inner parts of yourself — the protectors, the inner critics, the parts still carrying old pain — with compassion rather than judgment.

Gottman Method

A research-based framework specifically for couples healing from affairs and trauma — helping you not just survive the pain, but grow stronger through it.

Somatic & Attachment Therapy

Restore safety and connection in your body and relationships by addressing how trauma lives below the level of conscious thought.

EIP Work (Gibson)

Specialized guidance for adult children of emotionally immature parents — navigating complex family dynamics and breaking generational cycles.

Narcissistic Abuse Recovery

Finding peace and safety while recovering from toxic dynamics, gaslighting, and emotional abuse. You deserve to feel safe again.

CBT

Identifying and reshaping the harmful thought patterns that fuel anxiety, depression, and self-doubt — practical tools you'll use beyond sessions.
