Trauma-Informed Therapy
Toxic Relationships Don’t Have to Define Your Future
Supporting individuals, couples, and families through trauma, betrayal, and complex relationship challenges
Whatever brought you here, there’s a path forward and you don’t have to navigate it alone
Individual therapy might be right for you if you’re:
Stuck in painful patterns that repeat in your life or relationships
Carrying the weight of childhood trauma, family conflict, or betrayal
Overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or deep emotional pain
Ready to stop people-pleasing and start showing up for yourself
In the midst of a big life shift like a loss, major move, career change, becoming a parent, divorce, retiring, etc. and needing support to adjust
Couples therapy might be right for you if:
One or both of you has experienced trauma and you're ready to heal together
You’re struggling to reconnect after trust has been broken
You’re going through a major life transition together, such as the birth of a child, death of a loved one, a medical diagnosis, or becoming empty nesters and it’s impacting your relationship
Therapy for Individuals: Reclaim Your Voice
If you often put others' needs ahead of your own, worry more about others’ feelings than your own, or take on people’s problems even when it hurts you, you’re not alone. Many of my clients grew up in families where emotional needs were ignored, or where they were expected to be the caretakers.
As adults, they feel lonely, burned out, and unseen in their relationships. They may shut down emotionally, or stay quiet to keep the peace, never really asking for what they need. They often experience anxiety, depression, PTSD, and C-PTSD.
In therapy, I help you reconnect with your emotions, set healthy boundaries, and build a life that reflects your true values, not someone else’s expectations. My approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from evidence-based methods to support deep, lasting change. This includes EMDR to help you reprocess traumatic memories, somatic and attachment-based therapies to restore the mind-body connection and emotional safety, and Internal Family Systems to explore and heal wounded inner parts. I also incorporate Gibson’s work on emotionally immature parents to help you navigate complex family dynamics and break generational patterns, as well as helping with narcissistic abuse recovery for clients working through difficult relationships or ingrained self-doubt.
Couples Therapy for Trauma and Betrayal
Trauma can shake the foundation of a relationship. Whether from the impact of an individual trauma on your relationships, infidelity, or ongoing conflict, it’s easy to feel disconnected, hopeless, or like you’re repeating the same fight over and over. Addressing trauma, PTSD, betrayals, and life stress within couples therapy can be healing and help you reconnect and find the intimacy and closeness you are longing for.
Using the Gottman Method for Treating Affairs and Trauma, I help couples process trauma together, rebuild trust, and reconnect emotionally and physically. You’ll learn how to support each other better, feel seen and heard again, and build a relationship that can hold both your pain and your growth.

Hello and Welcome! I’m Tiffany
I know it's difficult to find help. I know you may have tried therapy before only to find that it didn't resolve your problems. I admire your resilience in seeking a therapist. I know it's difficult to trust that you can heal; I believe that you can. I invite you to therapy where we will work to resolve your pain and help you feel safe in therapy, which we will then work to expand to your body, your relationships, your family, your home, and your life.
I value diversity and welcome people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life to therapy as individuals, couples, and families. I believe therapy should be a warm, genuine, accepting space for people to heal and grow.
Whether you're feeling stuck, working to repair or deepen your relationships, trying to regain control of your life, or seeking purpose, I will work with you to help you understand how your past is impacting you, how to navigate your current challenges, and how to build the future you desire.
