Rates & Fees for Trauma-Informed Therapy
Individual, Couples, & Family Therapy
I provide trauma-informed therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and families in Northwest Austin (MoPac & Far West), with limited in-person availability in Round Rock, and secure online therapy for clients throughout Texas. Understanding the cost of therapy is an important part of finding the right fit. My goal is to make the process as transparent and straightforward as possible so you can focus on getting the support you need.
Session Fees
$150 per 50-minute sessionIndividual, couples, and family therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length.$250 per 90-minute sessionExtended 90-minute sessions are available for couples and families by prior arrangement when additional time may be helpful for deeper work.A limited number of sliding-scale appointments are available for clients who qualify. Please reach out if you would like to discuss current availability.
Insurance & Reimbursement
I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide a Superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Depending on your plan, psychotherapy services may be covered in part or in full. If you are considering using out-of-network benefits, you may wish to ask your insurance provider: Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits? What is my deductible, and has it been met? Is there a limit on the number of sessions covered each year? Do I need a referral or prior authorization? Are services provided by an LPC-Associate covered under my plan?
Payment Options
I accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club, as well as HSA and FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service, and sessions are billed individually.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least one business day's notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than one business day's notice, as well as missed appointments with no notice will be charged the full session fee. A session is considered cancelled if the client is not present after the first 15 minutes.
